KdM12G系列12G-SDI矩阵为固化紧凑式和模块化前插板式结构设计,固化矩阵规模8×8~48×48,采用体积紧凑的2~6RU机箱,经济实惠,稳定性高。

固化紧凑式矩阵采用前面板按键控制,输入输出按键一 一对应,面板具有 LED 显示灯或者发光按键同步显示状态,矩阵具有多个RS-232 控制串口,支持计算机、中控、外置面板等方式同时进行系统控制。

模块插板式矩阵完全是由各个独立模块组装而成,规模16×16~288×288,机箱高度从7U~14U,更大规模可根据客户需要进行定制。

系统支持带电热插拔,设备上架后无需更换整机,不改变系统布线,只更换或增加相应矩阵模块即可完成矩阵的维护和升级,极大的方便了系统故障判断、维护、扩容等。

双电源系统采用冗余式热备份设计,全部采用热备份一体化开关电源,双电源模块同时工作,互为热备份。当其中一个电源组件发生故障时,另一个电源组自动承担全部工作,保证系统运行的连续性,极大地提高了系统的可靠性。

可选双控制系统采用主备系统控制模块,当主控制系统发生故障时,备用控制系统继续支持系统工作,不会影响系统的切换操作。

可选的双交叉点模块,提供了最大160×160的12G 1+1交叉点热备份,极大的提高了系统的安全系数。

矩阵具有多个 RS-232 控制串口,自带独立遥控面板,可选配 TCP/IP 接口,具有外同步信号接口,支持场逆程切换。



Product Description:

KdM12G series 12G-SDI matrix uses solidified and compact design, modular front insert plate structure. The matrix size can be 8×8 ~ 48×48, using compact 2~6RU chassis, which is economical and of high stability.

The compact matrix adopts the front panel key control, where input and output keys correspond to each other. The panel has LED display light or luminous key display synchronous with matrix’s state. The matrix has a number of RS-232 control serial ports, supporting computer, central control, external panel and other ways to simultaneously control the system.

Modular board matrix is completely assembled by each independent module. The scale size can be 16×16 ~ 288×288, chassis height 7U~14U, and larger scale can be customized according to customer needs.

The system supports hot plug-in. After the device is placed on the rack, there is no need to replace the whole device. Without changing the system wiring, the matrix module can be replaced or added to complete the maintenance and upgrade of the matrix, which greatly facilitates the system fault diagnosis, maintenance, and expansion.

The dual power supply system adopts the redundant hot backup design and adopts the integrated switching power supply for hot backup. Two power modules work simultaneously for mutual hot backup. When one of the power components fails, the other power automatically takes all the work, ensuring the continuity of the system operation and greatly improving the reliability of the system.

The optional dual control system uses the active/standby system control module. When the active control system fails, the standby control system continues to support the system without affecting switching operations.The matrix has a number of RS-232 control serial ports, with an independent remote control panel, optional TCP/IP interface, an external synchronization signal interface, and it supports field reverse switching.

 




信号格式
符合 SMPTE 和 ITU 标准,在 11.88Gbps码率下支持3840x2160p60/50,4096x2160p60/50数字高清视频信号的切换传输,并且向下兼容不同码率的SDI 串行数字信号和DVB-ASI等多种信号格式。
矩阵规模
固化式8×8~48×48,模块化插拔式16×16~288×288。
自适应线缆均衡
自动对输入串行数字信号进行线缆均衡,在 Belden 4794R 型号线缆(或等效线缆),码率为11.88Gbps 的条件下,从信号源到矩阵的距离可达到 50米,有效地解决了数字信号的传输问题。
时钟再生恢复
对于输出串行数字信号进行时钟恢复再生处理,延长信号的传输距离,减少传输过程中的数据丢失,有效地保证了数字信号的传输质量。
双交叉点热备份功能
在标配的单交叉点切换板基础上,可选配双交叉点切换板,实现交叉点1+1热备份功能,两块交叉点切换板所有的切换状态保持一致,其中一块交叉点板卡出现故障,可以立即切换到另外一块切换板,所有的信号通路都能够保持原状态。
多层电路板设计
矩阵切换板卡均采用四到十六层的电路板,提供了信号通道间极佳的隔离度和极低的电磁辐射,保证了信号的传输质量和极强的抗干扰性能。
掉电记忆功能
当矩阵在运行过程中突然掉电时,系统自动存储信号切换状态,重新上电后,矩阵对应的输入输出状态将保持掉电前的记忆,不需要重新设置,保证矩阵的控制数据掉电后自动保护。
遥控面板锁定模式
矩阵遥控面板带有 LOCK 键,可以控制整个面板的锁定和开启,面板还带有 PROT 单路锁定保护键,对每路输出端进行单路锁定,不影响其它输出端进行信号切换或锁定,有效地防止误操作。
RS-232、RS-422、RS-485控制方式
矩阵具有多个 RS-232 串口,可根据客户需要将部分串口修改为 RS-422、RS-485 串口,可通过多个面板、中控、电脑对矩阵进行控制。
TCP/IP(以太网)控制方式,SNMP可选
矩阵支持网络控制模块,支持网络 TCP/IP控制,并可选配SNMP模块,可以根据预设网络地址和开启密码实现不同权限的控制切换。
可标签的面板输入输出按键
支持一体式前面板或独立遥控面板控制,每个按键都具备发光功能,按键上有透明按键盖,用户可根据需求对每个输入输出按键标印名称、数字、字母,便于辨别及选择输入输出端。
内置国际电源
矩阵支持 90~260V/AC 50/60Hz 电源,适于全球范围使用。
REF 外同步视频信号锁相
支持REF高标清黑场、三电平等外同步信号输入,实现场逆程切换,可以保证切换瞬间画面尽最大可能保持完整。


Functional characteristics
Signal format
In line with SMPTE and ITU standards, it supports 3840x2160p60/50, 4096x2160p60/50 digital HD video signal switching transmission at 11.88Gbps bit rate, and is compatible with different bit rate SDI serial digital signal and DVB-ASI signal format.

Solidified type 8×8 ~ 48×48, modular plug-in type 16×16~288×288.
Self-adaptive cable equalization
Automatic cable balancing of input serial digital signals. In the Belden 4794R cable (or equivalent cable), under the condition of 11.88Gbps bit rate, the distance from the signal source to the matrix can reach 50 meters, which effectively solves the problem of digital signal long distance transmission.
Clock regeneration recovery
The output serial digital signal is processed by clock recovery and regeneration, which prolongs the transmission distance of the signal, reduces the data loss in the transmission process, and effectively ensures the transmission quality of the digital signal.
Dual cross point hot backup function
Based on the standard single crosspoint switching board, double crosspoint switching board is optional to realize the 1+1 hot backup function of the crosspoint. All switching states of the two crosspoint switching boards are kept the same. If a crosspoint switching board fails, it can immediately switch to another switching board, and all signal paths can maintain the original state.
Multi-layer circuit board design
The matrix switching board adopts four to sixteen layers of circuit boards, providing excellent isolation between signal channels and very low electromagnetic radiation, ensuring the quality of signal transmission and strong anti-interference performance.
Power down memory function
When the power of the matrix suddenly fails during operation, the system automatically stores the signal switching state. After the power is turned on again, the corresponding input and output states of the matrix will keep the memory before the power down, and there is no need to reset it, so the control data of the matrix will be automatically protected after the power down.
Remote panel lock mode
The matrix remote control panel is equipped with LOCK key, which can control the lock and unlock of the whole panel. The panel is also equipped with PROT single-channel lock protection key, which can carry out single channel lock on each output channel, and does not affect the signal switching or lock of other output channels, effectively preventing misoperation.
RS-232, RS-422, RS-485 control mode
The matrix has multiple RS-232 serial ports, which can be modified to RS-422 and RS-485 serial ports according to the needs of customers. The matrix can be controlled by multiple panels, central control and computers.
TCP/IP (Ethernet) control mode, SNMP optional
Matrix supports network control module, supports network TCP/IP control, and optional SNMP module, according to the preset network address and password to achieve different authority level control and switch.
Labelable panel input and output keys
Support integrated front panel or independent remote control panel control. Each button has a luminous function, and has a transparent button cover. User can mark name, numbers, letters on input and output buttons, according to the needs, which would make it easy to identify and select input and output.
Built-in international power supply
The matrix supports 90 ~ 260V/AC 50/60Hz power supply, suitable for global use.
REF Externally synchronized video signal phase-locked
Support REF high standard clear black field, three electric and other external synchronization signal input, to achieve field reverse switching, which can ensure that during the switching instant screen to maintain integrity as much as possible.
